FIELD TRIP . May 4th, 2019

Thank you to all who joined me on a wild field trip adventure to the Royal Monastery of Sant Jeroni de Cotalba.

I thought that our tour guide was lovely. She did struggled with her English language a bit, but I was happy to jump in and fill out her words. I even found out some information that was new to me, hence I will be updating my knowledge base and report.

It was also good that I told her that I was a teacher of architecture. She really lit up after that knowing she had some tuned-in students in tow because she let us all join her on a fresh and green walk down to see the main part of the aqueduct. Wow, that construction was awesome. No one else gets to do that trek. It was like a Paleolithic or Jurassic experience. I felt like a dinosaur or caveman would pop out at us at any minute :)

Enjoy the photos..
